Return & Refund Policy

At Tiny Wins Studio, every product is made to order — custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not hold inventory, and returns are limited. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, production begins, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Since our items are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

  • To ensure the best fit, please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

  • Contact us at order@tinywinsstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error on our part caused the issue.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll work with you to send a replacement.
