At Tiny Wins Studio, every product is made to order — custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not hold inventory, and returns are limited. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production begins, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges

Since our items are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

To ensure the best fit, please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Contact us at order@tinywinsstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error on our part caused the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy.

If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll work with you to send a replacement.
