At Tiny Wins Studio, every product is made to order — custom printed just for you. This ensures quality and reduces waste, but it also means shipping times may vary. Please review the details below.

Processing Time

Production time: 2–7 business days (each item is printed and prepared after you order).
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Thresholds

We currently offer the following rates:

United States: $8.49 on orders under $65 · Free Shipping on orders $65+
Canada: $6.99 on orders under $65 · Free Shipping on orders $65+
Australia & New Zealand: $9.99 on orders under $75 · Free Shipping on orders $75+

Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, typical transit times are:

United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 8–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking may show as “pre-transit” until the package is first scanned by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees assessed at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Where applicable (e.g., Canada, Australia, New Zealand), local taxes (GST/HST/VAT) may be included at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, plus many other countries. If shipping isn’t available to your address, you’ll see a notice at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and items in your cart. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Will items ship together?

Not always. To deliver faster, items may ship from different regional facilities and arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Where are your products made?

We partner with trusted print-on-demand manufacturers with facilities in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Whenever possible, your order is routed to the closest facility to reduce shipping time and carbon impact.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Taxes and duties depend on your location:

United States: Sales tax is collected at checkout where applicable. Duties are uncommon for domestic orders.
Canada: GST/HST (and PST where applicable) may be collected at checkout. Some orders can incur carrier-assessed import fees.
Australia: 10% GST may be included at checkout. Orders are usually fulfilled domestically; cross-border shipments may incur carrier fees.
New Zealand: 15% GST may be included at checkout. Cross-border shipments can incur carrier fees.

Any import fees charged by the carrier on delivery are the recipient’s responsibility.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

Tracking can show “pre-transit” until the first scan. If there’s no movement after 3–4 business days, message us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

What sizes are available?

Size ranges vary by product. Check the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

How do I care for my apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Cool iron inside-out if needed; do not iron the print. Treat your Tiny Wins kindly and they’ll go the distance.

Are your bottles BPA-free and insulated?

Yes. Our stainless steel drinkware uses BPA-free components and double-wall insulation designed to keep beverages at temperature longer.

Can I request a custom color or design?

We don’t offer one-off customizations yet. We love feedback—send ideas our way; they inspire future drops.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right—promise. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you promptly.

The size doesn’t fit—can I exchange?

Because items are made to order, we can’t exchange for size or style preferences. Please use the size chart before ordering. If the product is defective or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options shown at checkout. All payments are securely processed.

Do you offer discount codes?

Sometimes! Join our newsletter or follow us on social to hear about promos first. One discount code per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrapping?

Gift notes and wrap aren’t available yet. Many items arrive in minimal, logo-free packaging that’s easy to gift.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We produce on demand to reduce overproduction, and many pieces use eco-conscious materials like organic cotton, recycled polyester, and BPA-free stainless steel. Small choices, Tiny Wins, Big Milestones.

Is my personal information secure?
